Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This page explains when you can cancel, when you get money back, and how long that takes. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. You have seven days to change your mind and get everything back. After that you can still cancel any time, but the period you have already paid for is not refunded.
1. The first seven days
If you cancel within seven days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. No reason needed and no questions asked.
Taking the refund ends the service. Anything we have built for you is taken offline, the domain is released back to you, and we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy. You do not keep a site you have been refunded for.
2. After the first seven days
Once the seven days have passed, payments already made are not refunded. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
You can still cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund past ones.
3. What happens in each case
| When you cancel | What happens to the service | What you get back |
|---|---|---|
| Within 7 days of your first payment | Ends immediately, site taken offline | That payment, in full |
| Monthly plan, after 7 days | Runs to the end of the month you paid for | Nothing — but no further debits |
| Yearly plan, after 7 days | Runs to the end of the year you paid for | Nothing — but no further debits |
| We end it (see section 9) | Ends on the date we tell you | The unused part of what you paid |
4. Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel at any time. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. We do not take a further payment and we do not refund a part-used month.
So if you pay on the 5th and cancel on the 20th, you keep the service until the 5th of the following month.
5. Cancelling a yearly plan
The same rule applies. Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for. Outside the first seven days, unused months are not refunded.
If that is a concern, start on a monthly plan. You can move to yearly later.
6. How to cancel
Either of these works:
- Cancel the UPI Autopay mandate in your own UPI app. This stops all future debits immediately and needs nothing from us.
- Email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
You will also get an SMS from your bank roughly 24 hours before every scheduled payment, with the amount and the date. You can pause or cancel from that message too.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method — the same UPI ID or card you paid from. We cannot send a refund anywhere else.
We start the refund within two working days of agreeing it. Your bank then takes a further five to seven working days to show the money in your account. That second part is the bank's timeline, not ours, and we cannot speed it up.
8. If a payment fails
Payments sometimes fail for ordinary reasons — a daily limit, a lapsed mandate, no balance at that moment. Our payment provider retries automatically. Nothing is cancelled on a single failure.
If every retry fails, the subscription is halted and we will email you before anything stops working.
9. If we cancel
If we end the service ourselves — because we cannot deliver what you need, or the work falls outside what your plan covers — we refund the unused part of what you have paid, including outside the seven days. We will say why in writing.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes that affect an existing plan are sent by email first, and they do not apply retrospectively to a payment you have already made.
